Zusammenfassung

Johns Manville is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our commercial roofing products in Virginia. You will manage key accounts, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver effective solutions to contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 3–5 overnights monthly.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs of sales experience or JM relevant experience.
Valid driver’s license; residence within Virginia.
Heavy car travel with on average 3–5 overnight stays per month.

Achieve annual sales quotas and margin goals across assigned commercial roofing products.
Expand territory revenue by developing and executing a targeted geographic and account-level growth plan.
Strengthen partnerships with key contractors and distributors; increase product adoption and repeat business.
Prepare competitive bids, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and secure profitable contracts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical services, and product management.
