Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sales Representative for the Commercial Roofing group to drive revenue growth within the Virginia territory. You will develop targeted growth plans and expand product adoption among contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, competitive positioning, and delivering profitable contracts while maintaining compliance and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience, or JM-relevant experience.
• Residence within the state of Virginia and valid driver's license.
• Heavy travel with 3–5 overnight stays per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory revenue and growth targets across assigned commercial roofing product lines.
• Build and sustain high-impact customer relationships with contractors, distributors, architects and building owners.
• Create market demand and competitive positioning through market intelligence and program execution.
• Drive sales excellence and execution: produce forecasts, pipelines, and territory performance summaries; bid competitively and secure profitable contracts.
• Enhance customer capability and product expertise with demonstrations and on-site technical assistance.
• Uphold operational and regulatory compliance across all sales activities.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating with marketing, technical services and product management.
