Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Manage retail and wholesale accounts while executing strategic business plans.
• Drive distribution, merchandising, promotions, and product freshness standards.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure routing, call coverage, and territory execution.
• Monitor performance, communicate goals, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance development for the team.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
• Foster integrity, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
