Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer/client expectations.
• Project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Maintain high quality of work and adhere to company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
