Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will educate customers on product lines, maintain quality standards, and communicate with the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include training teams, building rapport with store staff, and handling handheld devices and company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and travel to other locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Understand and communicate company policies.
• Report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device effectively and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
