Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication. Reports to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for travel to additional locations. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to stores may be necessary.
• Conversational English ability (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and client brands.
• Maintain high-quality store upkeep to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow company policies and report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
