Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a Retail Lead Generator to cover a territory across Dallas–Fort Worth, traveling between retail partner locations. You will engage customers, schedule HVAC service appointments, and earn commission alongside base pay.

No HVAC experience is required; training and support are provided. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends, with bi-weekly team meetings at the Southlake office.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions and incentives.
• Comfortable asking customers to commit to an appointment.

• Adaptable to changing store assignments, schedules and priorities.
• Able to work with different store teams and managers.
• Able to accept coaching and adjust approach when needed.
• Retail, sales, promotions or lead-generation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start conversations about HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ services and available promotions.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build relationships with store staff and management.
• Follow policies of Berkeys and retail partners.
