Job summary

Berkeys is seeking a Retail Lead Generator for a territory across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Denton. You will engage customers inside partner locations, qualify leads, and schedule HVAC service appointments.

You will travel between stores, attend bi-weekly team meetings at the Southlake office, and maintain openness to evenings and weekends. No HVAC experience is required; comprehensive training and support are provided to help you succeed in a commission-driven role with growth

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions, and incentives.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel between retail locations within the DFW territory.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Retail, sales, promotions, or lead-generation experience preferred but not required.
• HVAC experience is not required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly, professional conversations about customers’ HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, and promotions.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify potential customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Walk through store areas and proactively engage potential customers.
• Build positive relationships with store associates and management.
• Maintain displays, signage, and promotional materials in good condition.
• Meet lead-generation, engagement, attendance, and performance targets.
• Attend meetings, training, and coaching sessions; apply feedback.
