Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent our brand inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role requires evening and weekend availability with travel between locations and Southlake for meetings.

You will engage customers, qualify leads for HVAC services, and schedule appointments for the service and sales teams. No HVAC experience required; we provide training and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and keep conversations engaging.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions, and incentives.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends is required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly, professional conversations about customers’ HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, and system replacements.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify potential customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Walk stores to engage potential customers and promote promotions.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
