Job summary

Berkeys is seeking a Retail Lead Generator in the Keller/Hurst territory to represent our brand inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role requires open availability for evenings and weekends and travel between stores and the Southlake office for bi-weekly meetings.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission; top performers may earn $25–$30 per hour with incentives. No HVAC experience needed; training is provided.

• Willing to travel between multiple retail locations within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Travel between stores within the territory as needed.
• Attend required meetings and training.
