Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will also handle project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

You will train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff, educate store personnel on product features, and maintain confidentiality and policy adherence while communicating with management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and other leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain high-quality work in all areas to meet client expectations.
• Share information with Market Sales Manager about successes and barriers.
