Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, with reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will train teams, educate customers on brand features, and maintain high quality work while respecting company policies. A flexible schedule and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required to be maintained.
• Experience in customer service or sales required.
• Conversation in English (spoken and written) at a usable level.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop skills of Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of brands and products.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Understand and apply company policies consistently.
• Report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device functions knowledgeably and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
