Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the United States. You will supervise and develop associates to meet retailer and client expectations, spearhead in-store education, and ensure accurate execution of store plans across assigned areas.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager and need a can-do attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication with store teams. This role requires flexibility, including nights and travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Experience with electronics/technical products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and team leads.
• Educate customers and store staff on product lines.
• Maintain store accuracy and meet client expectations.
• Know and follow all company policies; report progress to Manager.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
