Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop a team of Sales Merchandisers, drive sales, and meet retailer/client expectations. You will educate staff and customers on product lines, maintain store standards, and report to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on driving execution and customer engagement across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.
• Must have customer service or sales experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical store duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Understand company policies and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality.
