Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure client expectations are met. The role includes store communications, stocking, and educating customers on product lines.

You will lead training for Merchandisers, coordinate with the Market Sales Manager, and manage daily store activities to achieve targets. A flexible schedule including some nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
