Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will train staff, educate customers on product lines, and maintain high standards across assigned areas.

The role requires flexible hours, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and work with store personnel to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, supervise and develop staff.
• Familiarity with store operations and policies.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
