Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, stock areas, and maintain store communication. You will educate customers and staff on product lines and ensure accuracy to meet client expectations. Reports to the Market Sales Manager.

You will train sales staff, build rapport with store teams, and manage schedules including nights and weekends. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• A valid driver's license is required, travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Experience/comfort with electronics/technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively.
• Keep company, client, and retailer information confidential.
