Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. You will handle project completion, stocking, and store communication while educating staff and customers about product lines.

The role reports to the Market Sales Manager. You will build rapport daily with store teams, train and supervise Merchandisers, and maintain knowledge of company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and team members.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
