Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retail locations across the assigned territory, educate merchants on client programs, and build strong relationships. You will support on-site inquiries, maintain POS materials, and document activity using mobile tools.

Daily field work with 22–35 visits per day, travel within territory, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position emphasizes independence with leadership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products
