Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on client products, and expand program reach across your market. This field-based role requires daily territory visits, a personal vehicle, and strong communication skills with a Monday–Friday schedule and leadership/training support.

You will be the face of the brand in stores, handling signage, customer education, and performance tracking while earning a $25/hour base plus a 10% monthly

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
Excellent communications, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants professionally.
Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
Place and maintain POS materials and branding in-store.
Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
