2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers within a defined territory, educate merchants on client programs, and support brand and POS presence in-store. You will build strong relationships, answer questions, and ensure a positive merchant experience during every field visit.

The role requires daily travel, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to manage a fast-paced schedule while meeting territory goals and reporting results to Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more in sales, promotion, retail, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
