Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers within a defined territory in South Carolina. You will educate merchants on client programs, provide on-site support, and ensure a strong customer experience at each location.

The role requires a personal vehicle and daily travel to stores. You will place POS materials, document visits via mobile tools, and work with leadership to achieve territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
