Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Cleveland, OH. This field-based role focuses on building a new territory, growing accounts from zero, and deepening relationships with property managers and insurers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with hunting focus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting quota in a metrics-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue.
• Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and ensure data accuracy.
