Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with a strong hunting focus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Confident presenter comfortable in front of decision-makers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh territory.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue.
• Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff.
• Support client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retention.
• Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
• Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
