Job summary

Fortify Companies’ Insurcomm Restoration arm seeks a Business Development Manager for Cincinnati, OH. This hunter-led field sales role builds a territory from scratch, grows accounts from zero, and deepens relationships with property managers, insurers, and referral partners.

You will partner with operations to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact to project completion, while managing pipeline in HubSpot and meeting quotas in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with a hunting focus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel across the territory.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts in Cincinnati.
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and attend industry events, converting activity into revenue.
• Run discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff.
