Job summary

Lost Mary is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to build strong relationships with vape retailers, shops, and distributors in Virginia's Manassas region. You will drive brand presence, training, and promotions while gathering market feedback and ensuring compliant merchandising.

You will travel regularly within the assigned territory, serving as the main contact for partners and coordinating local campaigns. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above required.
• 2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.

• Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.
