Dobbs Equipment, LLC in Lutz, FL is seeking a Rental Account Manager to drive the rental of John Deere equipment and allied products. You will develop partnerships with current and prospective customers to grow the rental market share in your territory.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, equipment sales experience, and the ability to communicate effectively; you will travel within the territory, manage CRM quotes, and participate in training and sales meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year related experience or training.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-management and self-motivation.
• PC literate with emphasis on Excel, Outlook and CRM.
• Bilingual a plus.

Mansioni

• Rent and promote the entire product line distributed by Dobbs Rental.
• Meet and/or exceed rental revenue targets.
• Grow and develop customer relationships to increase market share.
• Prospect and cold call to increase customer base.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers.
• Utilize rental lead platform and CRM for quotes.
• Maintain an efficient field/office schedule.
• Attend training and sales meetings to stay current.
