Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Seven years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience.
• Three+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy roles.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and payer coverage.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies within policy and compliance.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners to support enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
