Job summary

First American is seeking a sales-focused professional to support our agency division in Michigan. You will build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys, while traveling within Michigan to grow the client base and close orders.

The role requires 2–5 years in residential Title/Real estate and a proven sales track record, plus a valid driver's license. Expect collaboration with marketing and operations to drive revenue and brand presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Diplomacy, tact, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships and grows new and existing accounts.
• Develops lead lists and calls plans for real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and crafts plans to meet them.
• Attends real estate industry events to expand presence.
• Collaborates with internal marketing to boost local brand awareness.
• Delivers compelling presentations to customer groups.
• Interacts with operations, marketing, and escrow teams daily.
• Responds promptly to client inquiries.
