Job summary

First American in the United States seeks a dedicated Territory Sales professional to build relationships with residential real estate agents, lenders and brokers across assigned counties. You will prospect, compile targeted lists, and execute call plans to secure new orders while expanding business with existing clients.

You will present tailored solutions, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong client relationship skills and ability to develop plans to meet client needs.
• Experience with residential Title/Real estate industry is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships and expands business with existing clients.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops a call plan for real estate agents, brokers, lenders and attorneys.
• Delivers presentations and adapts strategies to meet client needs.
• Represents the company at real estate events and markets the territory.
