Job summary

First American is seeking a Georgia-based sales professional to expand our residential title services. You will build client relationships, secure new orders from real estate agents, and maintain and grow the existing client base.

The role involves traveling within middle to southern Georgia, meeting sales targets, presenting solutions, and collaborating with marketing and escrow teams to drive brand awareness. A high school diploma and 2–5 years in residential title/real estate are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs to provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders and attorneys.
• Assess client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs.
• Highly visible in the market by attending real estate industry events and community functions.
