Job summary

Loye Pharma is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to advance relationships with psychiatrists, CMHCs, and hospital networks across Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

You will lead strategic territory plans, present clinical brand information to health care professionals, and drive formulary access while collaborating with Account Partners and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC account management or hospital/institutional experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of exceeding results in a high-science selling environment.
• Strong communication, business analytics, and account management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.

• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies.
