Luye Pharma in the United States is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with physicians, CMHCs, and hospital networks across Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

The role requires 5+ years of direct healthcare sales experience, psychiatric knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will plan coverage, deliver product presentations, and manage the territory budget while ensuring compliant execution of brand tactics.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry.
• Psychiatric experience is required; knowledge of Schizophrenia strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, including influencers and decision makers.
• Achieve success in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners (Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to support customers in a defined geography and execute pull-through strategies.
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
