Luye Pharma USA Ltd. is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with community mental health clinics, hospitals and IDNs across Buffalo and surrounding areas.

You will drive key accounts, deliver scientific presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pull-through strategies. The role requires a BA/BS degree, 5+ years in healthcare sales with psychiatric experience, and strong communication and analytics skills.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the accounts.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Develop a strong, collaborative partnership with field-based colleagues to ensure cross-functional support for customers within a geography and for pull-through strategies.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and other sources to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and build relationships in institutions aligned with customer segmentation.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations of product(s) to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence and compliance with corporate policies.
