Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a results-driven ProSolutions Sales Representative to tackle a designated territory and drive revenue growth. You will build relationships with customers on job sites and offices, presenting tailored solutions for pumps, generators, and HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with operations to ensure successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry, especially pumps, power, and climate control.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunity.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment.
• Report sales activity through use of CRM and other tools.
