Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative to drive revenue in a designated territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored equipment solutions across our pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC offerings.

You will visit customer sites and offices to develop business, plan and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with operations to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in equipment rental or similar field.
• Experience with pumps, power, and climate-control equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plan territory growth.
• Proven ability to present solutions and negotiate with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily territory activities to acquire new accounts and hit revenue targets.
• Develop and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to meet them.
• Understand market conditions and pricing opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Offer customized services and solution-based options to customers.
• Deliver formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Record sales activity in CRM and other tools.
