Floor & Decor in Roswell, GA seeks a Pro Sales Leader to drive the pro business across a defined territory, building strong account relationships and guiding pricing strategies with the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities include pursuing new clients, managing forecasts, and developing campaigns to maximize sales. Travel daily is required, with focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate into action.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management abilities.
• Persuasive communication skills and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through multiple channels (phone, in-store, outside).
• Maintain and update prospects in electronic database.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing to target leads and campaigns.
• Participate in trade associations and promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Follow up on referrals, monitor leads, and prepare status reports.
• Plan prospect visits with operations leadership and management.
• Make sales presentations to prospects and close orders.
• Meet with new clients to assess satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Develop proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs with pricing approvals.
