Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Pro Sales Leader to drive the professional (Pro) business within a designated Georgia sales territory. You will lead growth, profitability, and customer relationships by coordinating with marketing, operations and leadership.

You will monitor KPIs, develop pricing and campaigns, and travel daily to call on existing accounts and prospect new ones, delivering executive-level presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, especially in retail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel daily across the territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients via phone, in-store, and outside sales.
• Maintain and update electronic prospect database.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing on campaigns.
• Attend trade associations and promotional events.
• Analyze local market opportunities and buyer networks.
• Follow up on referrals and manage lead status reports.
• Plan prospect visits with management and staff.
• Prepare proposals for RFQs/RFPs and negotiate terms.
