Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to drive growth of the Pro business within a designated sales territory. You will build relationships with professional customers, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize profitability.

The role requires active prospecting, pricing development, and compelling executive-level presentations to win new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Field travel is daily and essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication and ability to present at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients via phone, in-store, and outside sales.
• Maintain a current prospect list in the electronic database.
• Develop pricing and business strategies with management guidance.
• Sell to Pro customers, make presentations, and solicit orders.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs from prospects.
• Travel daily across the territory to call on customers.
