Job summary

Integrated Power Services is hiring a Sales Representative to drive power-systems sales across an assigned territory. You will identify customer needs, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with engineering and field teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting compelling proposals, and achieving annual sales goals while traveling within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Three or more years of technical/industrial sales experience.
• Experience selling power-system equipment or services.
• Familiarity with switchgear, breakers, transformers, testing, and field services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and achieve annual sales, margin, and account-growth objectives.
• Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Schedule sales calls and meet customers to understand power-system needs.
• Promote IPS power management products and services including switchgear and transformers.
• Identify outages, projects, and maintenance opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, estimating, procurement, and field-service teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals with pricing and timelines.
• Travel within the territory as required.
