Penco Corporation, a longstanding wholesale distributor of plumbing and HVAC supplies, is seeking a Plumbing Field Sales representative to serve contractors in Sussex and Kent Counties, Delaware. You will maximize territory sales, develop customer relationships, and present solutions tailored to customer needs.

You will drive growth by cross-selling, following up on quotes, and visiting construction sites while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Plumbing Sales experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong sales aptitude with a positive and professional image.
• Must be flexible, organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Maximize sales within assigned territory and customer base.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend products and solutions.
• Recommend alternate products based on specifications and availability.
• Increase sales by cross-selling, add-on sales and promotional items.
• Prepare and present sales presentations to new and existing customers.
• Open new accounts and visit construction sites in territory to generate leads.
• Analyze customer sales reports for trends and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Identify trends in customer requirements and monitor satisfaction.
• Participate in sales promotions.
• Determine cost-effective customer call schedules and delivery options.
