Job summary

Famous Supply in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of plumbing and HVAC brands across Eastern PA, Delaware, and New Jersey. You will establish relationships with contractors, promote Stream33 plumbing products and Breeze33 HVAC products, and coordinate with national sales and marketing teams to meet regional targets.

The role requires at least 2 years in plumbing/HVAC, strong communication, proven cold-calling ability, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience and comfort in making cold calls.
• Strong skillset relating to relationship building, listening, follow-up and time management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC fields.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular contact with plumbing and HVAC contractors within assigned territory.
• Introduce/promote Stream33 plumbing products to plumbing contractors.
• Introduce/promote Breeze33 HVAC products to HVAC contractors.
• Work with national builder sales and marketing teams as needed.
• Conduct product training as needed.
• Analyze territory sales trends, pricing and product needs.
• Support customer demand and inventory planning.
• Conduct on-site inspections regarding quality, installation, or performance complaints.
• Engage with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and promote repeat business.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by VP, National Trades.
