You will identify sewer repair solutions for residential and commercial properties, conduct camera assessments to determine repair needs, and provide competitive quotes to close sales using our pricing matrix.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and acceptable background check.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to use handheld devices and software such as Word and Excel; familiarity with company systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Plumbing experience not required.
• Organized self-starter with outgoing personality.
• Strong outside sales background preferred in in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
