Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Plumbing Sales experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong sales aptitude with a positive and professional image.
• Must be flexible, organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales within assigned territory and customer base.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend products and solutions.
• Recommend alternate products based on specifications and availability.
• Increase sales by cross-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional items as well as new products.
• Prepare and present sales presentations to new and existing customers.
• Open new accounts, visit construction sites, and follow up on leads to generate growth.
• Analyze customer sales reports for trends and new business opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Identify trends in customer requirements and monitor satisfaction.
• Participate in company and vendor promotions.
• Determine cost-effective customer call schedules and delivery options.
