Job summary

Piedmont Community Imaging is seeking a relationship-driven Physician Liaison to promote outpatient imaging services and drive growth across the Columbus market. This field-based role requires frequent local travel and focuses on building referrals with physicians and healthcare providers.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or radiology sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a territory and meet performance goals through consultative outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience in healthcare, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices and facilities to promote imaging services.
• Manage assigned territory with ongoing outreach to referral sources.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet performance goals.
• Analyze referral data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Communicate service offerings and differentiators in line with marketing initiatives.
• Document outreach activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Coordinate provider meetings, in-services, and events to raise awareness of imaging services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings and training.
