Job summary

Women's Imaging Specialists seeks a Physician Liaison Representative to grow our local referral network across Stockbridge, GA and toward Macon. You will be the face of the practice, building trusted relationships with OB/GYNs, PCPs, and concierge clinics while educating them on our 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry services.

This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM role. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in outside routing sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical business development preferred.
• Familiarity with women's health services, OB/GYN terminology, or diagnostic imaging preferred.
• Exceptional presentation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive Referrals: daily field visits to physician offices to grow referral pipelines.
• Relationship Management: build trusted partnerships with practice managers, referral coordinators, and physicians.
• Provider Education: educate on latest imaging technology, radiologist team, and quick turnaround times.
• Resolve Obstacles: fix communication gaps or scheduling bottlenecks between referring offices and clinics.
• Market Tracking: log daily field activities in CRM and analyze referral data and trends.
• Event Coordination: organize local educational lunches, networking events, and community wellness initiatives.
