Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Fountain Valley, CA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends, requiring CA phlebotomy licensure and a valid driver license. Travel up to 75% to PSCs and client sites is expected.

Salary range is $25.80–$27.65 per hour, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus; benefits include medical, retirement plans, and various employee programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English language proficiency required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification.
• Communicate effectively to create a professional experience for patients, staff and clients.
• Work independently with a consistently low error rate while handling complex collections.
