Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Pomona, CA territory. Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends, providing professional phlebotomy services across PSCs and client offices in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, patient identification, data entry, and adherence to testing protocols to ensure high-quality lab results. Requires licensure, CA/NV/WA/LA certifications, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel up to 75% required.
• English required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and enter data accurately.
• Travel to PSCs and client offices within the territory.
• Maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality policies.
• Ensure a clean, organized collection environment and effective patient communication.
