Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Oxnard, CA, Monday to Friday, 05:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A state phlebotomy license is required; CA does not accept NHA licenses.

Travel within territory to PSCs and client offices to collect specimens and ensure patient safety and accurate labeling. The role offers a pay range of $25.80–$27.65 per hour, eligibility for annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOps, or other sites.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification with proper labeling.
• Communicate collection procedures clearly and address patient questions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and manage multiple priorities.
