Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Huntington Beach, CA region. The role involves traveling within the territory to collect specimens at Patient Service Centers and client sites, performing venipuncture and capillary draws with precision.

Candidates must hold a state phlebotomy license (CA, WA, NV) and have at least two years of phlebotomy experience. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend rotations and a pay range of $25.80–$27.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English required for daily interaction with patients and staff.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to perform phlebotomy at PSCs, IOps, or client offices.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure correct patient identification, labeling, and data entry.
• Maintain professional, clean collection environments and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate procedures clearly and address patient questions.
